Ida Marie Høeg is Research Professor at KIFO, Institute for Church, Religion and Worldview Research. Høeg’s research interests lie in sociology of religion, youth and religion, sociology of death, Ritual Studies, and the sociology of emotion. She has published journal articles, book chapters and edited books in these areas, most recently on emotions and collective rituals as a response to terror.
