Marion Grau is the Director of the Egede Institute and Professor of Systematic Theology at the MF Norwegian School of Theology. She is also a scholar with the REDO project. A native of Germany, she studied theology at the University of Tübingen and earned a Ph.D. in Theological and Religious Studies from Drew University. From 2001 through 2015 she taught at the Graduate Theological Union in Berkeley, California. She is the author of Rethinking Theological Hermeutics: Hermes, Trickster, Fool (Palgrave MacMillan, 2014), Rethinking Mission in the Postcolony: Soteriology Beyond Imperialism (T&T Clark/Continuum, 2011), Of Divine Economy: Refinancing Redemption (T&T Clark/Continuum, 2004) and edited the volume Interpreting the Postmodern: Responses to Radical Orthodoxy (T&T Clark/Continuum, 2006) with Rosemary Radford Ruether.
